Substances
This module is a requirement for working with SOFOS 360®. This module records the data and properties of a substance in accordance with the most current REACH andGHS regulations. This module can also be used to compile safety data sheets, workplace instruction cards and labels according to your own layout. With the substances module you can easily map out which characteristics and risks are associated with working with (hazardous) substances.

CMR registration
In addition to the 'Substances' module, this module can be used to maintain a registration at employee level with regard to carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic substances, in accordance with Health and Safety Information Sheet 6. You can do this by documenting processes within your organization and subsequently indicating who during which period has been involved in the various activities within these processes.

Preparations (BIG CLP module)
With the preparation module you can determine the classification and label of a mixture based on the composition. This is possible for both solid, liquid and gaseous products. The determination of the label is based on the conventional method as described in Regulations 1272/2008/EG taking into account the health and environmental hazards according to the different adaptations or ATPs.

Databases
The databases can be used to keep your substances information up-to-date. The module is required when a link is made with one of the external databases with which ITIS cooperates. You can choose from BIG or ChemWatch.

Fire safety
With the Fire safety module you can record the geographical characteristics of your organization. Think of locations, buildings, floors, rooms and the closet in the buildings concerned. The details of hazardous substances are linked to spatial elements.

This makes it possible to keep a register of hazardous substances per room. These registers are required by law and are requested by the controlling authorities. By means of a well-arranged matrix you gain insight into (possibly) incompatible combinations of substances stored together, in accordance with the PGS 15 instruction.

Stock
The Stock module makes it possible for you to keep a stock administration, where you can register both chemicals and non-chemicals. Gas cylinders and articles subject to a date, in connection with inspection and / or maintenance, can also be registered in this module. By assigning a unique number to each package, you can follow it on its way through the organization.

Orders
In combination with the 'Stock' module, you can use the 'Orders' module to order the correct quantities of items (chemicals and non-chemicals) in time. With this module you have the option of automatically producing order advice, which you can then change and /or supplement. You can also produce order forms and signal lists of the items to be ordered to make the ordering process even easier.

Waste
With the 'Waste' module, you keep track of what happens to the waste within your organization. In the 'Waste' module, the collected amount of waste can be registered, based on the classification determined by the government (EURAL).

The procedural settlement of the disposal of the waste, the transfer to the processor using the correct waste flow numbers and documents as well as the financial settlement are included in this module.

Information portal
HIn this way you give your employees access to information about (hazardous) substances within your organization in an easily accessible manner. They can easily call up MSDS sheets and workplace instruction cards here.
